Method

  1. In a bowl put the ground beef and add in the mustard, the worcestershire sauce, the grated tomato, salt, pepper and knead.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to thickens and shape into balls of 200 g.
  3. In a hot frying pan add 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil and bake the burger bun both sides. Put the cheese on top to melt.
  4. Place the burger in a baking pan that you have oiled and give color to the bun.
  5. Mix in a bowl the ingredients for the sauce and make the sauce for the burger.
  6. Spread the sauce on both sides of the bread.
  7. Place the lettuce and the finely chopped tomato on the base of the bread.
  8. Place the burger bun on top.
  9. Then put the pickles and close with the 2nd piece of bread.

  • cucumber pickled
  • Bread for burgers
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 50 g cheddar cheese, orange grated

For the sauce

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 20 g mustard french
  • 30 g ketchup
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
