Method

For the dough

  1. Put the dry items in the mixer's bowl and all the liquid elements in a bowl.
  2. Start the mixer and gradually add all the elements until you create a smooth dough.
  3. At the same time put the oil on the fire.
  4. Let the dough rest a little.
  5. Make 50 g balls and open with the rolling pin to create pisies.

For the syrup

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Boil over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until the sugar melts.
  2. Fry the pies and place them on absorbent paper.
  3. Sprinkle with the syrup and serve.

  • 1 t.s. salt
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 235 ml water
  • 100 ml seed oil
  • 500 ml seed oil for frying

  • 1 pc cinnamon
